Blackhawk. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Fred Byerly that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, c. 1969. Photo Caption: "RS-12, Penn Central No. 8084. Camden, N.J." PC #8084 is an RS-12 built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton as Pennsylvania Railroad number "8975" in April of 1951, rated at 1,200 horsepower, and renumbered "8084" in preparation for the PRR-NYC merger. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Baldwins in Action ~ On North-Eastern Railroads" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (892-27).
