Both were built by GM-EMD. #8053 is a GP38-2, while #7866 is a GP-38. They are pulling a mixed-cargo freight train up the Allegheny Mountains via the Horseshoe Curve to Gallitzin and points West. The black-colored 12th Street Bridge is visible in the distance.
